abstract = "The product surface albedo (MOD43) it is integrated in a period of
16 days and in a resolution of 1km, needing powders processing for
adjustments and final corrections. This product integrated in 16
days usually presents proceeding defects mainly for the presence
of clouds in one or more days of the integrated period. In the
estimate of the balance of energy in vegetated surfaces the
defects observed in the products MOD43 can generate incorrectness
in the results. The objective of this work was to compare the
values of surface albedo estimate for the methodology proposed by
Tasumi et al. (2005) with images GHK, for daily period and
resolution of 500m, with the product MOD43B1 for to calculate the
radiation balance for the algorithm {"}Surface Energy Balances
Algorithms for Land - SEBAL{"}. it was obtained a coefficient of
correlation of 0,95 between the methodologies of estimate of
albedo and 0,90 and 0,88 among the values of the radiation balance
measured and dear for the two appraised methodologies, being ended
that the both assist to the operational use for the estimate of
the radiation balance, being reserved the option by that of
presenting larger application simplicity and larger specificity
with the proposed objectives.",
